Fabulous Retreats always include Yoga, Pilates, Dance, Bushwalking, Canoeing, Guided Meditation, Art n Crafts and music.

Mindful Movement: Our Yoga and Pilates is suitable for all levels and instructors work closely with students to ensure safe practice. Lani is a master Pilates Instructor who brings together her favorite elements of movement to create her own beautiful fusion flow. She is very attentive to students’ needs and ensures everyone is challenged appropriately. Sophie works with yoga asanas that are achievable for all, her flows are energising and cleansing. The girls have a wonderful way of creating deep body awareness throughout their practices; this may be why their sessions are so invigorating and healing.

Get Crafty: We love getting crafty, working with our hands and giving the right hemisphere of the brain a nice workout. Previous Arts n Crafts workshops include; working with clay, making Kokedamas (hanging plants), crystal jewelry & dream catcher making, Permaculture, flower crowns, art therapy and more.

Adventure Time: We have multiple bushwalks, appropriate for everyone; gentle flat ground for those who prefer a sturdy surface and adventurous mountain climbs for those seeking something a little more challenging. Supportive walking shoes are recommended.

Meditation: Each morning, at sunrise, 30 minutes before yoga, we begin with a Morning Mountain Mediation and herbal tea. This is our dedicated whisper time. Guests are encouraged to breathe, sip their tea, contemplate the view and just BE. Some sit on the balcony, watching the mist rise from the valley as the morning sun lights up the mountain tops, some prefer taking their tea for a walk through the gardens. We explore moving meditations in our bushwalks, practicing silent, slow walks around the property, stopping in special spots to soak in the views and connect to the sounds of the bush.

Go with the Flow: Canoeing down Wheeny Creek is such a peaceful experience. As the canoe glides silently, the sounds of the birds and wind through the trees is soul soothing. The creek is also our amazing swimming spot so make sure you pack your swimmers, just in case the weather wants to push you in and help you cool down. *Our canoes are large and sturdy. They each fit 3-4 people and life jackets are available.

Dance & Sing: Bellydance – Sophie’s Bellydance classes are like no other! She uses the sacred movements of the east to empower the dancers as they manifest sensations of love, joy, gratitude into their being. Even for those with 2 left feet these Fabulous dance workshops with Soph will have you shaking up all kinds of emotions.

Our music evenings usually start gently and end up with most people on the dance floor, feeling out their newly learnt Bellydance moves.
All activities are optional. If you’d prefer to sit out an activity and read your book in the sun or have a nap, be our guest. This is your retreat, your time, your happiness. You do what nourishes your Fabulous self.
